Western Civilization Cultural or Folk Costumes (1800 – Present A.D.)

IMEHA (International Model Equine Hobbyists Association) was an online photo showing site that existing until 2018. Included on the site were these guidebooks for judging and showing model horses in Performance classes. MEPSA has obtained permission to share the info contained in the guides.

Western Civilization Cultural or Folk Costumes (1800 – Present A.D.):
The working riders of Australia, Spanish Southwestern U.S., Central and South American, and Europe – Gaucho, Hauso, Vaquero, Charro, Paso, Andalusian, Lipizzan, Camargue, Circuit Rider Preacher, etc.- all of which have a long history in the lands where they work various types of livestock or perform some other important service for their ranch, farm or community, and the contemporary members of the various riding schools that were established during the Renaissance. Horses, mules or donkeys are allowed.
